About us

Our coaching interventions are like you and  your leadership team – individual.

We’re a niche consultancy, experts in coaching and leadership development.


We recognise some of the challenges, as we also hold leadership positions ourselves. Using this knowledge and our model, we aim to increase individual effectiveness and through that, organisational effectiveness.

Our overall methodology is outlined in our book The Seven Steps of Effective Executive Coaching (Thorogood in 2006) which was co-authored with Dr Sabine Dembkowski and Ian Hunter.  Using this framework, clients can see our methods and measure our results.

Our work has been praised by the best in the coaching business. Sir John Whitmore – developer of the GROW model of coaching – says in his introduction to our book:
