Executive coaching

We can work with you to provide coaching either as standalone support for specific individuals or help you to develop and manage a coach pool resource for the whole organisation.



Typically we are asked to provide coaching within an organisation for one or more of the following scenarios:

To support a new appointment – if changes at the top of your organisation are to have maximum impact it is imperative that your people ‘hit the ground running’. We have designed a specific action plan to coach individuals to master their first 100 days.  

Building a talent pool – our key contribution to your organisation’s talent management is to develop individuals’ potential and to prepare them for promotion and greater responsibility.

Developing individuals’ core competencies – Your leaders will have individual aspirations so all of our coaching programmes are tailored to suit. We have specific experience and expertise in working with senior executives on developing leadership, strategic thinking, communication, customer-focussed thinking and people management.

We recognise that coaching within an organisation involves more than the coach and the individual – the organisation also has a stake in the relationship.  That’s why it is important that each party fully understands their specific role and responsibilities. We always discuss these at our first meeting with a new client organisation and schedule regular update meetings with HR to discuss overall progress.
