Director - Fiona Eldridge Throughout my career I have been involved in the development of people to their full potential. Initially, I worked in education becoming Principal of a specialist sixth form college in my early thirties. I then joined the TTA (now TDA) as Head of Regional Recruitment Strategies. Following a nine month period as Head of Teacher Supply and Recruitment for England, I joined a top five teacher recruitment agency as its Chairman (a post I still hold as a non executive). During this time I worked with Dr Sabine Dembkowski to develop the Achieve Coaching Model®. My training in executive coaching spans working with thought leaders in both the UK and USA. I have recently served as a member of the standards committee of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council helping to establish quality standards in coach training. I was Head of Leadership & Coaching at Veredus – one of the UK’s largest executive resourcing companies – where I was responsible for initiating their support services for senior executives and conducted research into Leadership and Talent Management across the Public and Private Sectors. I have worked across the Public Sector - coaching senior leaders and developing schemes for those aspiring to the top roles in both Central and Local Government.
